Vinylmation Easter Egg Hunt Review

When Disney announced their Easter Egg hunt around World Showcase I was ecstatic! Thankfully I was able to get a chance to do the event before the weekend rush. Gotta say, this event was a blast. Some of the eggs are easy to spot while others are cleverly placed where you could easily miss them, and one in particular threw us for a loop. So read on for the step-by-step guide. As you might expect from ScavengEars I won’t be revealing the exact locations unless you click; so only use the click to reveal functions if you’re stumped.

I hope you have the chance to visit by Sunday the 24th because that’s when this is all over; maybe next year?

One quick tip, if you want to make this slightly harder start down the Norway side and if you want it a bit easier start down the Canada side; not all of the eggs are oriented in this way but some are oriented as such were if you’re coming from the opposite direction they’re much easier to miss.

Starting Location

Epcot Easter Egg Hunt MapCast Member Ed at the Epcot Easter Egg HuntStart your Egg-celent adventure (those are Cast Member’s Lybbi’s words not mine) at the Port of Entry. Cast Member Ed was a super nice guy although he didn’t smile for my picture. You purchase your game board for just $5, which is well worth it if you ask me. The gameboard comes with stickers which you must use to place in the empty egg shapes. Your sticker should match the egg that you find at the country. Bring back your completed gameboard to the Port of Entry and receive your prize which is a choice of one of four Vinylmation Jr. key chain figures!

Keep in mind though that you don’t really need to have the board filled in or even correct to claim your prize.

Just in case you need it, here is the Google Geolocation for the Port of Entry.

The End!

End of the Egg HuntAs you reach the Port of Entry one last time to turn in your completed board, you’re presented with one last surprise. You can choose on of four Vinylmation Jr. figures which are hidden underneath giant eggs. Surprise yourself and just pick a color at random, or, the friendly Cast Member will gladly show you what’s underneath each one in case you don’t like surprises. I was luck enough to grab a Donald, while Tammie scored a Goofy!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this Limited Time Magic event as much as we did. This was a heck of a lot of fun and I sincerely hope Disney does this year after year.
